About
I started the first decade of my career facilitating the care, support and education of families navigating a rare medical disorder. The reward of creating and supporting a community led to two decades of building businesses in hospitality and fashion driven by that principle. An ongoing curiosity for people and their stories inspired a journey to deepen my knowledge and understanding of our individual human experience and potential. Through the lens of neuroscience, yoga, mindfulness and psycho-education using counselling, tools and techniques my aim is to provide a supportive process that celebrates and values the unique perspective and experience of each individual.

Who are these services for?
People access counselling for support managing many different experiences and events. These can include anxiety, depression, stress, loss and grief, relationships, trauma, self esteem and personal development, life transitions, and addiction.
Counselling can support the process of self discovery by providing a safe space to explore all aspects of ourselves. This awareness helps by fostering a deep understanding of our personal beliefs and values which in turn supports the development of an authentic and rich life.
My understanding of the connection between the mind and the body is supported by comprehensive research across the fields of science and medicine, and speaks to the importance of considering the whole self in the process of accessing support.
My approach to counselling and body work is informed by the acknowledgement of attachment styles, emerging research in neuropsychology and pre - existing trauma. My practice honours the knowledge that we are all unique and experiencing life through our own personal lens.
We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.
